Tucked away among the taller surroundings, this Jersey City hotel still has the clear view to the ridge of Manhattan’s downtown. The coffee Pantone palette is added to the predominantly white facade, with window frames, parapets and curtains, giving the entire building a beige reflection. The building itself is holding the curve of the intersection in an unobtrusive, organic manner. As the curve continues in the first couple of stories to mimic the symmetry, on the upper floors it is broken into the ribbed, organ like composition. Minimalist in appearance, it is decorated with simple geometric texture.
