Parker Imperial Condominium Complex

Located on the edge of the North Hudson County Park on the elevated bank of the Hudson River, in a block of low rise buildings, this apartment high rise doesn’t have to compete for space as it is on the top of the world of its own. And to fully utilize the location, the building has opened up with wide balconies. To preserve the intimacy of utilities, it has concealed the ground floor with the perforated brick wall arches forming a sort of the architectural lace. Regardless of the size, this apartment complex doesn’t impose itself to its surroundings. Clad in two, naturally colored shades of open brick, it calmly corresponds with the neighborhood.
