The 50 Story Mixed Use High-Rise is a part of a small building cluster. Simple monochromatic aluminium facade of this tower is integrated with glazing strips featuring light turquoise reflection.
Well arranged grid of windows and parapets is broken by horizontal and vertical oriel extensions supported by heavy yet elegantly elongated cantilevers pointing out the verticality of the structure. A hint on buildings lightly trapezoid floor plan is given by the sloped attic walls and the whole building shows a tendency of mischievously playing with order, breaking it only to accentuate it.
